Job Scope

  • Roofing and Ceiling: Installing timber roofing systems and ceiling panels to provide both functional protection and visual warmth.
  • T&G Flooring: Laying Tongue and Groove timber flooring across the interiors of the structures, offering durability and elegance.
  • Decking: Constructing timber decking areas for outdoor spaces, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal and usability of the surroundings.

Velaa Private Island, Maldives

Undertaking the construction of public buildings for a prestigious 5-star resort nestled in Noonu Atoll, Maldives, which encompasses a diverse array of structures including a spa complex, arrival pavilion, service pavilion, reception area, all-day dining complex, kid’s club, dive pavilion, turtle hatchery, day room, hotel boutique, water sports & clinic facility, indoor tennis club, owner’s villa, and staff quarters.

Job Scope

  • Installation of timber substructures and superstructures

Constance Halaveli, Maldives

The project includes refurbishment works on the jetty, focusing on repairs and improvements to ensure its functionality and safety. Additionally, it involves the construction of new villas to expand the resort’s accommodation offerings. The refurbishment project aims to enhance the quality and functionality of public areas within the hotel complex while ensuring a seamless experience for guests.

  • Replacement of Defective Timber: Addressing any structural issues by replacing damaged or deteriorated timber elements to ensure safety and longevity.

  • Structures: Reconstruction of four units of Water Villa.
  • Works: Includes drywall installation, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works, replacement of PVC pipes, complete timber work, decking, T&G (Tongue and Groove) flooring, roof structure, finishing works, and installation of doors & windows.
  • Furniture Supply & Installation: Procurement and installation of furniture for the refurbished units.
